We said we would give you pushups for an hour of likes. We’re not, we’re giving you 24 hours worth. That comes to 178 push ups and burpees. How’s that for a challenge in a challenge??

Apparently the Springfield Township Police Department heard about the health and fitness benefits of ballet. A local resident suggested that maybe they change out of the tights before patrolling ?!?!
