Given what we’ve been seeing during our responses today, it seems a reminder is in order: if conditions are such that you are using your windshield wipers, Pennsylvania state law REQUIRES that you turn your headlights on as well. (And that is actual headlights, NOT daytime running lights or fog lights.)
