Please take a few minutes to watch and learn about Montgomery County Department of Public Safety’s new technology, Smart911. It is a program that will help us prepare and respond to any emergency better with your help!
Smart911 is a free service that residents can use to provide whatever information they want first responders to have in the event of an emergency.
Users register for the service at www.smart911.com and fill out a questionnaire, providing as much or as little information as they want. Then, if a 9-1-1 call is received from a home or cellular phone number associated with the profile, the information in the profile will automatically be displayed to the call taker.
