- Car Fire 4/26/11
Company responded to the rear of Halligan’s Pub on Bethlehem Pike on 4/26/11 to find a working car fire.
Members were able to extinguish the fire quickly, before responding to assist at a dwelling fire in Whitemarsh Township.
Auto Accident – 9800 Germantown Ave
Squad 6 responded on March 30 to Germantown and Northwestern Ave for a motor vehicle accident with injuries. Members assisted EMS and secured hazards which included radioactive medical bio-hazards.
Vehicle Rescue Aug. 29, 2010
Squad 6, Engine 6, Utility 6 along with Rescue 7 (Wissahickon) and Rescue 29, (Barren Hill) responded to a vehicle accident along Route 73, just South of Butler Pike. The vehicle left the roadway, struck a tree and the vehicle came to rest back on the roadway. The one occupant was extricated from the vehicle by stabilizing with cribbing and removing the driver’s side door.
