You forgot to mention that in the head on collision, this drunk driver hit head on a 16-year old girl.

Looks to me like there were two cars there…what happened to the innocent young woman in other car who was driving in the correct lane? I noticed that she didn’t even deserve a syllable. Sad.

What happened to the other driver?

He wasn’t drunk — in fact, his blood alcohol was ZERO. People (i.e. Elizabeth) shouldn’t comment on what they don’t know. ALSO, the “innocent” girl was only weeks into even carrying a valid license and driving approximately 15 minutes prior to the curfew for drivers of her age. Now, I wouldn’t automatically say she’s at fault with the rest of the facts, but it isn’t necessarily in her favor. And Jennifer, how do you have a clue about what lane people were in that evening? Take that as you may, ladies, but if you don’t want people referring to the female victim as accountable based on conjecture and opinion coupled with false information and internet hooplah, then don’t lie – or propagate lies – about the adult male who works full time and has been driving for years. Fair? She walked away…he can’t walk yet. You people, your ignorance and your entitlement issues amaze me.

Eric- you ask how I have a clue about the facts? A- I was called about the accident at 10:37pm, (which was about 5 – 10 min after accident happened) nearly 25 min prior to Pennsylvania State law driving curfew. I was on the scene within 5 mins, where I stayed for the next 45 mins watching EVERYTHING. And speaking w/ everyone. I also am holding in my hands the police report with the charges. DONE. Wanna go another round?

Where does it say anywhere that the driver was drunk? How long did she have her drivers license? Was she texting and driving? Who went over the line?
I hope the driver that had jaws of life AND the girl are okay. Just need to be careful all around jeez is there no regard to human life?
